15-Day Return Policy
WowThatsSexy values your satisfaction and if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. Please see below for the exact procedure - you MUST email us for an RMA number before you return your package. You will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and free of any signs of wear. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear.
If your item arrives defective in any way, you will recieve an exchange at no additional fee and of course, our sincerest apologies.
If you wish to return items AFTER the 15 day period (15 days after the ship date of your order), you will recieve store credit and will be able to exchange your item for one of equal or lesser value. You will also be responsible for all shipping fees.
Final Sales:
Based on stringent health codes, clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be returned. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed.
All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs and hosiery that is out of the package. Costumes are considered a special occasion item and are exchangeable only.
Special order items are non-refundable.

Holiday Return Policy
We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. However, the same terms apply to returning holiday gifts: tags must be intact, no signs of wear, etc. All other terms for returns may apply. Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
Procedure for Returns:
1) Download your Return Form here and email
returns@wowthatssexy.com to request an RMA number. (We cannot guarantee your return will be accepted or refunded at all without an RMA number visible on the package.)
2) Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Please include the reason for the return. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
3) Once we receive the package, a refund will be issued. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment and are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

1) Download your Exchange Form here and email returns@wowthatssexy.com to request an RMA number.(We cannot guarantee your return will be accepted or refunded at all without an RMA number visible on the package.)
2) Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. List the size, style and item number of the item you would like to receive in exchange. (Unless your item was damaged/defective, you will be responsible for shipping fees).
*Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will receive the address to ship your returns via return email with the return or exchange form.
